"Bent books opened lost packages rude people I have been snapped at my kids have been snapped at they have lied to my face the manger lady is the worse of them all she was in the back once when I pushed the little chicken to let her know I was there and she ripped it off the counter slammed it on the ground then walked back to where ever she was"
"Received the 4th book today that has been ruined from the carrier bending the spine to fit in the mailbox. That's almost $100 down the drain. We have asked them to be more careful. The only response was that they have the right to do it. Not helpful, not good customer service. I would have a negative star if I could."
"I am so sick and tired of the alternate delivery person screwing up packages. I get messages that packages have been delivered and they haven't. Our normal delivery person is amazing but whoever runs the route when she's gone is worthless."
"Almost all of the problems that I have encountered with the USPS are not the fault of the Cedaredge branch. I have had packages that I have sent and packages that I have received that have been opened and the contents removed by someone in the Post Office. These acts happened at locations along the routes and after speaking to a federal investigator for the USPS in Washington D.C. I have learned that that crime is on the increase and is very hard to investigate. She has worked for the USPS for over twenty years and was dismayed at the trend. The perps will remove the contents, repackage, and then send the package on. It doesn't matter if you send it confirmation delivery and it really doesn't matter if you insure it. One of the reps at Bushnell Optics told me that a postal employee somewhere along the route stole an item and then put the Bushnell label on a package of Cat-5 wiring and sent it on. You can try to get reimbursed and hopefully the delivery required a signature. You should always open the package in front of a postal employee. The moral of the story is that the times they are a changing and I no longer send valuable items via USPS. None of this is the fault of Cedaredge but they get the first salvo. The folks in Cedaredge and the girls who deliver our mail have always been professional and courteous with us. I suspect at times they are as frustrated as we are......"
"Terrible service in Cedaredge, CO... I am constantly getting opened packages, bags, and boxes. Sometimes items are missing. I have talked to the Cedaredge PO and they don't mark items as damaged on their end so I don't even know where the damage is happening. And the damage is obvious! I have a gut feeling that a PO employee is tampering with my packages and looking to steal valuable items. I am taking photos and making a story of this so the District PO should expect to get a letter from me in the future documenting my problem. I am outraged and as you know someone is committing a federal offense here. I'm not the only one complaining around here either"
