"For a small town, I think the post office does a pretty decent job! People complain about not getting their mail, but the real trick is addressing it properly. If you can't get mail shipped directly to your PO Box address, but you also have issues with it being delivered to your street address, the trick is to put your street address down but include your PO Box number (1234) after your name, like this: John Doe #1234 567 Undeliverable St. Meeker, CO 81641"

"We are up visiting our son and his family. Had an order from Amazon which we were notified that it was being held at the post office. The package was never located after stopping and inquiring about it for a week. Other than one employee, who was very nice and tried to help, the other has always been very condescending and rude. Re-ordered and got notice again that the second one was being held at the Post Office. Went to inquire about it and was reprimanded by the clerk about how it was addressed. I left upset about being spoken to that way with no offer to help. If you are not into servicing the customers in a helpful and kind way then you need to find another job outside of customer service!!"

"I had an extremely negative experience, I went in and asked for my package that I payed a lot of money for and she came back and threw it across the counter, thankfully nothing was broke. And the second time I was supposed to get a key in my box and didn't so I had to go in and ask for it and the same lady threw the key across the counter. Don't work a customer service job when you act like a kid."
