"Spent an entire day waiting for a signature required package at home in Durango Colorado. Waited at the door for 2 hours at days end and received a notice that driver attempted delivery and noone was home when in fact I was literally at the door waiting. This was a false delivery attempt report by the driver at 630 pm on Friday. Now ups says wait all day monday. Ups online customer reps promised a contact by a manager at 9am Monday and no call ever received. Not happy. We are also b2b shippers with a ups account. We will seriously start to shift business to fedex since we cannot have our customers treated this way either. Horrible."
"I can't talk to this number because the robot is an idiot & just keeps hanging up on me. There's no way to talk with a human. Trouble with delivery of 4 orders of amazon packages recently in Pagosa Springs. One was delivered by mistake to our neighbor across the street. New driver????????"
"Ordered a phone from Google Fi. They shipped it via UPS with signature required. I know the regular driver was on vacation, so substitute driver said he got a signature from someone named Kenath. HE LIED!! There was no one home at the delivery address or at neighbors on either side, and no one knows anyone named Kenath. What he delivered was an empty box that had obviously been opened and poorly taped closed. After much duress, UPS opened an inquiry. They said they would follow up within three days. It's been a couple weeks now and crickets. Someone at UPS stole the phone. I'm betting it was the substitute driver."
"Constantly NOT receiving packages without sender getting involved. Latest package has been "in route" for four days. Requested updates have stated change in times, "delays" and "reschedule" FOUR DAYS. I watch "follow" my delivery and the truck just travels further and further away. I'd be more than happy to come pick it up. HOWEVER you provide NO phone number that anyone actually answers, Your counter when it's ever open has no answers since the package is "on the truck". I am 18 whole miles away. Fed ex never has any problems."
"Never receive my packages they always send a notice saying my address is unknown to many in experienced drivers that don't know what they are doing. FedEx has no problem delivering to my house."
