I called & never recieved a callback. I sent a message review to Corporate never got a call. This is horrible setvice & quality of product. Regina"

"If I could’ve left zero stars I would have. Ordered a get well package for my buddies daughter who had surgery talk to the staff and arranged a late delivery however, package was dropped off very early and left on the doorstep. Not what we discussed on the phone will not be using the service again, especially from this location I tried to call and the person I talk to was very unconcerned. Really unhappy with the way things turned out."

"THE STAFF!! So friendly and patient. She walked me through lots of options… she notice I wasn’t totally thrilled and went over balloons and other add on options. I’m just in town for a few days and needed to get something really nice but really quick. My order was even ready early during this crazy holiday time. This gift to welcome a new baby is perfect.
