Miss Kay was super helpful with the forms for the background check when I was picking up my long guns up from a loan I had on them. "Bad and cheap customer service from the lady on the counter.. i was trying to sell my 14k gold ring 8.5 grams.. she offered me 150$ lol.. when a gram of 14k of gold is 34.50…. She even told me they buy gold by the gram.. lol so people watch out these location and educate your self before selling your jewelry. look for another location that will give the most money for your gold.. don't let these cheap places scam you."
