Using FaceTime in the mud and the dark, he showed me how to disengage everything so I could wait for service call on Monday. Plumber showed up earlier than expected and fixed the problem. "Guys came out and checked out my leaking hot water heater within a hour of calling them. They were able to overnight a new one from Fargo and have it installed all within about 30 hours from the first phone call. I wasn't expecting such fast service, couldn't have been happier!"

"We set a Time and Materials contract for $5K with the understanding that we would be notified when the service approached that cost amount so we could adjust the work order. Also with the understanding that the cost of man hour was $110 per hour no matter the number of workers. We were charged 110 per worker, at two workers (one of which was only an apprentice) which is $220 an hour. I don’t know any plumber that makes 110 dollars an hour or anything close to that. This is an obscene amount of money that I assume lines the company’s pocket and not those of the workers. Almost $8,000 dollars later and I would not recommend or rehire Ellingsons for any of my plumbing needs. The project manager was consistently hard to reach, as he seemed always out of office or on vacation in the one to two months we were trying to finalize our project. I hope other potential customers consider other options for their plumbing needs as well."

"Had my first service call today. Nathan and Devin were awesome! I had multi issues for them to correct. Replace kitchen sink and all plumbing under it. New valves, piping pvc pipe in various places around the house. They were fantastic!! They saved the day! They did great work and did wonderful work. I am so happy and I am no longer worried about any leaks. I will be a repeat customer!!! Had to have another service call on 11/12. Once again Devin and Nathan saved the day!!
