"Looking for headaches? Want errors in your tax filings? Inaccurate tax guidance? Mike Downs is your guy! He is unresponsive - it takes weeks for any response (at best). I filed with him for a number of years - he made errors on my returns each year. Finally, he has no idea what he is doing. He regularly dispensed inaccurate tax guidance. In our final communication he flat out said he is uncomfortable giving tax guidance. Mike Downs is not a competent tax professional. Save yourself the frustration and hassle. DO NOT WORK WITH MIKE DOWNS!!"
