"I can’t say enough about DC and his team. As we have grown we have gone through 3 book keepers. DC and Mandy kept our books in line since 2018 until we brought on an in-house person to do this. "They haven't replied to calls or emails in 7 months. They said they were going to file an extension for the trust that I manage, and I made an electronic payment in April to the IRS (I hope!) I have no idea what the status is for the trust taxes."

"Would be zero stars if google allowed that. Our taxes were completely forgotten about and not done. We emailed and called multiple times leading up to tax day just to ensure everything was in order, as we had provided all tax info months in advance. We never got a response to our emails until we finally emailed again on tax day, only to find out that they hadn’t done our taxes at all. We told them we would no longer need their services, and just did the taxes ourselves. Months later they called to say they were working in our taxes and had a question. Unreal. Unfortunately, several of my coworkers were using DC Melton too and also had to take their business elsewhere for similar reasons. Please do yourself a favor and do not use them. Taxes are stressful enough without having to deal with this kind of thing."
