"PWC runs Tax Package Support. This site manages K-1's for distribution to investors. Tax Package Support SUCKSSS. I tried to get an electronic version of my K-1 and after 24 hours still no K-1. They do no have email or chat support. I am waiting on for over 30 minutes on telephone support. My problem appears to be verification. After a two - step login they still want to verify you. It is not very user friendly. For SSN the box shows XXX-XX-1234. It is not clear if you are suppose to put in the rest of the numbers. After several different attempts it locked me out, which I understand., but after 24 hours I am still locked out. That is why I have a big problem with this site."
