"I met with Danielle in January 2019 to get support for completing my 2018 taxes and supports for my small business moving forward. Danielle was initially great and eager for provide the supports I needed. I felt confident she was able to meet my needs. However, as the months passed she was less and less responsive to my attempts to contact her for updates. The Friday before the tax filing date she finally returned my text stating she would be filing an extension as she was busy and had other personal things come up. Attempts to contact her after the deadline were challenging. She gave me another date for her to complete my taxes and again missed it and has not returned any of my attempts to contact her. I was finally done with trying to navigate this level of unprofessionalism and incompetence and requested her to stop any work-as if she was doing anything! STAY AWAY FROM HER SERVICES!"
