"Hands down the best Starbucks I've ever been to, and it is because of the extraordinary service! They get it! If you're paying over $5 for a coffee, you want it to taste good. This place has really turned around since the new manager stepped in! She's the absolute best! Update February 2024: This is still the best Starbucks."

"My drink is a little confusing but the girls there made it up for Mr. I let them know what I liked/didn't like. They made a peach refresher drink for me that is absolutely amazing!!! Wasn't a big starbucks fan til recently. Now, it's everything I go into town. I have to have my refresher."

"I had the worst experience.... As a regular customer I'm embarrassed by the service today. The lady who rang me up was friendly but the female making my drink made it no flavor and didn't get extra foam when i orderd it with extra foam. It tastes like unflavored cold brew. On top of that she didn't call out my drink didn't say thank you or have a good day. I will never go back that was awful."

"The manager deserves a raise for keeping this location running as smooth as it does. I am there everyday at 6 to pick up my online order and she is always working hard to keep pushing out products. I've seen 15 orders by 6 am. Last week a worker called in sick but my online order went through and there were no signs to tell me they were closed due to staff shortage. I found out from Family Fare workers the morning workers called in sick. I did receive my drink the nex day. Only gripe is the only location in Dickinson is on the located way out on the edge of town."
