"This person Jean cannot be trusted as an accountant and CPA for taxes, she blindsided us for her services for years and we trusted her and paid her for her work. Once we started to get penalty notices from IRS we realized that she lied to us about filing our taxes on time and was not detailed oriented for helping us get our ACA care credit she didn't even file for form needed. She overcharged us for poor service and when confronted with issues she threatened us for charging for ridiculous fees when we asked for explanation for her errors and proof of efiling do deal with the mess she created. She is difficult to work with and has no sense of customer service or responsibility for her own mistakes. We fired her for all the issues mentioned here and then she doesn't want to cooperate professionally to provide proof for efiling dates etc. for her own mistakes for the paid service. And every time we ask for proof of efiling for the paid service she threatens us with late penalties and charges. We do not recommend her services to anyone and people who are using her right now will find out the mess she created for them in 5 to 6 years since the service started. Run away proactively from the nightmare Jean will create for you."
