"Back around 2017 I attempted to have my taxes resolved and I originally sent approximately $3,000 to Omni financial to get the IRS of my back. In the beginning of process went great, and I stopped receiving phone calls from the IRS, but as time went on, all I would get from my representative Heather Lorenz was responses that the IRS was dragging their feet to get closure for my tax situation. About a year and a half or two years later, she called me up stating that she needed more money to be able to continue the process to get my taxes resolved. If I remember correctly, she wanted an additional $3500 to keep moving the process forward but yet she was getting nothing done within the last year and a half or so. I could go into so much more detail about my negative experience, and would not even give them one star If it was possible. I do not recommend moving forward with Omni."

Megan talked me through everything and we created a plan of attack. The plan worked, not only did we settle , but I paid a fraction of the total amount due.
