"Not open during business hours."
"They did not even show up to serve anyone while their hours state they are open from 9am to 9pm. On my daughter's birthday we arrived at 11 am and no one was around to assist at all! I almost felt compelled to serve ourselves yesterday's popcorn just to appease my birthday girl! Please Do Better!"
"I've been come here for years and the service is horrible anymore. I live in Lakewood but happens to be in Aurora so I decided to stop for some popcorn. Well apparently the lady expects me to carry a huge metal tin around (I've bought 3 and lost them all) and when I didn't have it she told me I had to buy another one at $45. I guess they would rather pay a rude lady that barely speaks English to sit on her phone and not sell anything all day. They will be put of business very soon."
