"We have stayed at this Hotel multiple times over the years as they have a pool and hot tub and fun for the kids. Recent stay was different this time. Hotel is seeing it's age and rooms somewhat comfortable for the price. But Hotel is pet friendly and you definitely knew it's has you could hear many dogs barking at each other through out the day and night. Additionally the rooms are extremely loud now. At several times throughout the night. I thought someone was in my bathroom flushing the toilet. It was adjacent room flushing theirs. Between the dogs barking and noise from adjacent rooms. Sleep was minimal. Still think you could stay here happily trying occupy children and travel with your pets. But if your looking for a uninterrupted good night sleep probably not the place for you."
"The room and hotel were very clean and well maintained and the pool and hot tub were great! The free breakfast had a good variety. The overnight desk guy was very friendly and always had a smile on his face. Would definitely stay here again!"
"I have been to 2-star hotels before, and those hotels were much cleaner and better better service. I wanted to like it, but I just couldn’t. PROS: * The staff were nice. I will say the cleaning services and the people making food worked hard and did their best. * The free breakfast was great to have for kids and early morning adventures. * There is a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. * The bed sheets were soft. * The rooms are big enough for a family of four. * The pool was big and warm enough so my 14-month-old and 5.5-year-old were warm. The hot tub was great. * For those who have dogs, it’s dog-friendly. * They store people’s bikes, so you don’t have to keep them on your vehicle. * Good location to places to eat and hiking trails. CONS: * The overall hotel is outdated, which is fine. However, it seems like they don’t care to maintain it or try to keep things fixed. * The Room: it was a mess. When we first got into the room, the floor was still dirty with dog food pieces. I mean our feet were black. The bathroom still had body hair, a bar soap, food in the corner, and dog’s paws on the floor. I said something to the front desk, and they had the cleaning crew come back the next day, but it still wasn’t clean. I felt like the cleaning crew worked hard, but they just didn’t do a great job. The beds did have soft sheets but were uncomfortable. The bathroom door would phantom lock on us, so we had to use a quarter to unlock it. Also, our door key would sometimes not work, and we had to get new keys two separate times. Lastly, ants were coming into our room the last two nights. * Security: We were placed next to a side door on the hotel, and it doesn’t lock. So anyone can just walk into the hotel. * The People: Everyone was decently nice, but some of the people seem incompetent at their jobs. The cleaning service and the people making the food for breakfast seemed like hard workers. The people at the desk were helpful, but some of them seemed inexperienced. * Pool: Yes, the pool had some definitely high points for my kids. But the pool area was dirty. There were cob webs every where. Things were wobbly. They just didn't try to maintain anything. * Other: They only have Wifi in public areas"
"To start with, the area was safe and quiet, having that was very nice for a place like Moab. The front desk was very welcoming and helped us multiple times when we had questions. With the rooms, the beds and sheets were clean and the bathroom had no hairs and no stains. The indoor pool was warm In temperature, and the jacuzzi was very relaxing. To those who want to go on a trip to the arches or are visiting Moab, I would suggest you going to this hotel."
