"Overall a decent stay. Bed was comfortable, shower hot and good pressure and a decent heater/AC. Only complaints was the fridge barely worked and didn't cool anything and the TV was super cheap/tinny sound."

"I arrived at check in and asked for a room on the ground floor since I had my bike for a 4-day cycling event and my pet. There were no rooms on the ground floor available at that time so I had to come back an hour later to check in. They don’t allow bikes in the rooms, which I didn’t know until I checked in, meaning I either had to leave mine in my vehicle or check it in and out of the office every day for 4 days. Even though the roadside sign says ‘hot tub’, I was told when I asked that the hot tub was not open. One night there were people yelling and cursing at each other in the parking lot and I heard something break. I called the office to let them know something was going on but no one answered. The next day there was shattered glass in the parking lot. It was chilly at night so I had the heater on, but it just blows up into the curtains. On the third day I noticed water running down the wall in the bathroom from the room above. I tried to tell someone when I checked out but no one was at the desk. It was fine for a place to stay but having to come back later to check in, not being allowed to have my bike in the room and a hot tub being advertised but not available means I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Great place, great value, very friendly staff. I will be back! The showerheads and toilets are super high flow. Management could consider lower flow showerheads and updated toilets to save some water in the desert. The nearby Colorado river is getting dryer, and i think we should all be doing out part to leave the water in the river for fish and rafting."

"Booked two rooms one for me and my parents. Both for just one day price wasn’t bad but after everything it was totally not worth money. My mom and dad found bed bugs in their room so we go to the front desk. Kid was acting like it was no big thing and moved them rooms. I got into my room and it wasn’t cleaned after the last guest! Had no toilet paper and dirty towels! Awful experience and nobody willing to make it right. Wouldn’t stay here again I’d rather pay more money for somewhere with no bed bugs and people that care if there is bed bugs. Absolutely worthless hotel after the owner change!"

"The room was great. No issue there. The bed and shower were great. The biggest issue is room cleaning. They don't clean the rooms every day unless you ask. That's fine, resuse and conserve. I get it. The sign in the lobby says this, and specifies that they only clean without you asking if you stay for 3 days. On the second day I asked to have the room cleaned and it wasn't. On the third day the automatic cleaning also didn't happen. Four days it wasn't cleaned despite having asked. Second, there is not enough parking. The lot fills up by 10pm and you have to risk parking somewhere else and not get towed. They advertise complementary parking, all it means is that anyone can park there without staying there or with trailers taking up multiple spots and there aren't enough spots. I didn't get towed. But be careful there."
