"Worst experience getting rooms for a crew. Apparently they dont do business after 7:00 PM. It’s Sunday at 5:30 PM. No one will answer the phone and doors are locked. Can’t get room keys, for guys tonight coming into town, very rude to my guys. Highly recommend never ever to stay at his place."

"We spent one night at the Sage while visiting Dinosaur National Monument and I don’t understand how this place has 4 stars. It sits on a very loud road, it’s ancient and the rooms show it, and it’s dirty. We checked in and found that while housekeeping had been there - the bed looked crisply made - they hadn’t paid much mind to actually cleaning. There was what looked like blood stains on the comforter, someone’s leftover meal in the mini fridge, and balled up paper on the bathroom floor. We switched rooms and found that the trash hadn’t been emptied in the second room. The floor in the second room actually left our feet dirty so we wore shoes in the room. I read other reviews saying the beds are memory foam, but in the two rooms we tried (both updated), the beds both had a foam rubber pad atop the mattress, not a memory foam mattress or topper. The only positive things I can say are that the shower and the Thai restaurant across the parking lot were both good. We paid $90 for the night so I can’t even say it was a good price for what we got. Had the price been lower I might’ve given them 2 stars because this really is just a roadside motel, but since it was almost $100, I can’t."

"For the price, this motel is a diamond in the rough. It is situated on the main strip within walking distance of many different restaurants. They have a breakfast offering of coffee, juice, and cereal. The beds were very comfortable, and that is exactly what we needed after a long walk at the Dinosaur National Monument. The staff was quite lovely and knew us by name during our stay."
