"Great stuff! We live in TX and eat plenty of BBQ, and this little cart would hold its own even in Dallas or Austin. The brisket and pulled pork were both excellent, the best we've had in Colorado, and we enjoyed the smoky-tomatoey pinto beans and mustardy sauce too. The burnt ends were a little over-seasoned for us, but the chimichurri served with them helped cut the salt a bit. Overall very good food and friendly service, highly recommended."
