"I have been going to Christine for 2 years now to file my taxes and she always does a very thorough job. If there have ever been any issues with IRS needing more documentation she has remedied them right away. She always asks about my daughter and how I'm doing, and seems to genuinely care. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that communication is sometimes challenging. It's hard to get a callback when I ask for one. But if that one area improves I will absolutely be happy to change my review to 5 stars, as I've been happy with everything else."

"Negative! Do not trust these individuals with anything. I've been calling and leaving multiple messages daily for my advocate Mrs. H...since April 11th making today's review a full 3 months since contacting their office..not 1 call returned. I've left messages for the supervisor... Never spoke at all. I can't get anyone to answer ever...nevermind returneing calls. I was promised a return call via advocate voicemail...but oddly no one has reached out to me whatsoever. When I inquired with the IRS about my refund status I was told the advocate is the only one that can update my account...but this far I haven't been contacted but for the notice of information needed...I tried to contact to discuss the notice...not understanding at all what I was reading..so I chose to wait the determined time until June 11th when return was said to be completed...the 11th came and went and July 24th now...no money..no response..no call back...no sense of urgency...I have tried repeatedly to fire her...but I can't I guess. The process begins again... tsk.. ashamed that the ignorance and blantant disrespectful actions of government... completely unacceptable...I only hope someone repays these disgraceful "public servants" with the same appalling customer service standards..still waiting on that refund. Tic toc"

"So sad. Had two years of good experience but then I was told my 2017 taxes were filed but it turns out they weren’t. Now Christine will not return phone calls or emails. I’m so disappointed. I had to file an extension for my 2018 taxes until I get 2017 filed. She has all of my documents. Do not use their services."

"There should be a negative star option for this business. They agreed to do my taxes and even up to 3pm on April 15th said they would be done and then they ghosted me. No calls back, no response to emails, not answering the phone for several days after the 15th. Leading up to this Christine was behind, didn't return calls or emails and when I set a phone appointment with her first availability around the first of April she said they were too busy and falling behind, she had gone out of town for a funeral and that she would be able to get my taxes filed on time then completely blew me off. I may end up suing them for damages and reporting to IRS but that won't change the problems they've created for me. RUN from Advocate Tax even if they were good before they are now putting clients like myself in jeopardy with the IRS."

"Christine was great, helped me with 4 years of taxes trying to get caught up. Got me a great return on all, just wont see 1 return due to being over 3 years old and can't get it from the Mafia..I mean the IRS. Thanks Christine."
