He was not in usual location at the front of the store, but in the back where he was not easy to find right away, no signage to guide me where he was, but after asking a walmart associate they showed me where he was located. He provides a great service, just had a poor location for his kiosk at the back of the store."

"These people are the worst! We had called and scheduled an appointment for today over two weeks ago and showed up for our appointment and waited over 45 minutes for someone to show up!!! We called the customer service line to see if they could track down who was supposed to be at this location and they couldn't reach the person that is shown as clocked in here and they were rude and disrespectful on the phone with us saying they couldn't do anything else and maybe we should just go somewhere else!!! We will never be wasting our time or money with this horrible and shady company ever again!!!!"
