"Highly advise against pickup orders from this location. The employees don’t verify who they give groceries too and don’t take responsibility when they give away customers orders to the wrong person. The guy who was doing pickup was named Deangelo and said he would resolve the issue after I brought it up to him. Instead he told corporate he handed them to me even though I waited over an hour and never received my items."

"This was my go to pharmacy and I told everyone to switch here. Now they don’t check voicemails and keep you on hold for 45 minutes at a time. The tech will say “ugh the pharmacist hasn’t checked the voicemails all day”. You have to be very persistent with them to check messages and fill prescriptions. Sometimes you will find a great tech or pharmacist who will be responsive and quick with the requests. Kim and Ellen have both been helpful in the past."

"I like this location. Very nice and clean store in a decent neighborhood. Good quality everything. They have pretty good sushi too if you’re into that. They have an entire area dedicated to cheese. Any cheese you could think of. Great deli and very fresh produce. Starbucks located inside. There is a location 2 minutes away from my house but I travel further to come to this one."

"Absolutely terrible experience with the pick up service. We flew into Denver and wanted to be able to pick up some groceries before driving up to Keystone. We had hopes of trying to beat some traffic since we had a baby with us who can only tolerate so much travel in a day. We were notified about an hour before our pick up time of 3 that they were running behind by an hour and we could pick up our order anytime between 4-5pm instead. So that was fine, we killed an hour and arrived at 4pm. We sat and waited for over an hour for them to bring out the groceries (at this point we could’ve done our grocery shopping ourselves and been on our way). They came out to notify us 40 minutes into the wait that they were waiting on one more basket. I didn’t realize they’d be doing the shopping still, as my experience with other pick up services is the food is ready by the beginning of the pick up window (even when delayed). Our groceries were finally delivered at 5:04pm, over 2 hours after our original pick up time. While we were waiting, we watched the pick up workers take vape breaks in between each delivery (I guess maybe the people who do the shopping and the people who bring out to cars are different)? We were finally able to leave just in time to hit peak traffic, further delaying us after what was meant to be a time saver. They were apologetic and gave us $10 off, but I much rather them have given us the option of canceling our order, allowing us to shop ourselves at that point. I don’t recommend this service if you’re looking for convenience or time efficiency, it’s only helpful if you do not want to go into the store."

"This goes for all King Soopers not just this location even though I took these pictures at this location. King Soopers wants to advertise" fresh for everyone" Well these potatoes don't look so fresh to me. In fact I very seldom see outstanding fruits or vegetables at any King Soopers."
