"Well, I simply called for a consultation. I had been backed up on taxes since Covid. Enter Rick. I called to understand my options and asked questions based on what I had heard. I was met with rhetorical questions like “…why would the IRS reduce your penalties…”, or even this statement of “…I don’t have a magic wand…”. Are you kidding me?! Isn’t the idea of a consultation to ask questions based on one’s situation to be informed? To be provided options?
