"The lady in the self check out was speaking to her consumers in a really aggressive and unnecessary manner and demanded I go stand in line with a cashier. The way she spoke to me was crazy. I could have been asked in a professional manner. Which she did NOT even try. Customer service is no longer in existence here. The manager was telling her that her actions were justified when I left. . Insane how rude she was seriously and it was excused by her manager. Do better."
"I witnessed an extremely racist interaction from GIGI from self checkout. These two Spanish speaking guests had a question about an item and she just kept rolling her eyes and said “Yeah figure it out I’m not going to help you.” And was super condescending and changed the machine to work in Spanish and said “Oh look there you go looks like it in Spanish for you now.” Call a bilingual employee over and stop being nasty to brown people and people with a language barrier. I am appalled by this behavior and will be letting corporate know because that attitude and belittling to human beings is not okay."
"The store itself is okay, but parking sucks. During my time in Denver, CO. 1997 - 2019 this was my go to store as prices were reasonable compared to the Safeway about a mile up the street. My main issue on why I stopped shopping there as much were the violent pot smoking homeless bums that panhandled for money and assaulted folks who didn't give them money for their next fix. A consequence of Colorado legalizing marijuana. Myself and wife had to move out of Colorado due to the increasing crime from homeless folks in my area. Now, we shop at Cub Foods in Minnesota which is so crime free and enjoyable don't have to carry my side arm for protection. Word of advice if you move to Denver, CO. invest in a side arm you will need it!!!"
"Although I frequent this location quite regularly for quick grab and go purchases after working out, I just made my last trip there tonight after having one of their employees at self checkout blatantly imply that I stole my own protein bar that I walked in there with. ☠️I didn’t buy anything this trip because I was searching for organic eggs and they were out of stock, so I guess that walking out without buying anything when a store doesn’t have what you want in stock just means you automatically stole something these days. The security guy there was great and seemed to be well aware of me walking in with the bar in the first place, and I spoke to the manager as well after who apologized on behalf of the employee…but this will still be my first and last stop at this particular location. Truly felt pure disgust from this experience and the audacity of this employee."
"This is a great King Scoopers. I have been here many times. The vegetables and fruits are always fresh and the staff is friendly. The check out lines are also short."
