"This place is perfect if you need to stay for a short period of time. I stayed in the enchanted escape. The room wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either, could use some updates. Overall I would say that my stay was good and the room was clean, AC worked, shower was fine, etc."

"We stayed in two different rooms while driving thru Denver this last week. We loved the location and general feel of the place. The common areas have a welcoming feel. The downside is the quality of beds. We stayed in the Captivating Cowgirl first and found the bed very soft. Then coming back thru we chose the Radiant Rancher and the bed is as bad as a pull out couch bed with springs that make it challenging to get comfortable. Very unfortunate for such a cute location."

"The hotel itself seemed to be a nice establishment but unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with our stay due to the poor service from management. When we first checked in at 3pm we arrived to find that the AC in the room we had booked was turned off and the room was 90 degrees. Shortly after arriving and turning it on we got a notification from management that our AC might be broken and they could move us. We said it had been turned off and we turned it back on, but we were going to leave for dinner, so asked that they notify us if it was still broken so that we could move. When we got back to our room at 8pm, we found the AC was still broken, but we had not received any response from management. We called and the person on the phone told us to go to another room. When we got there, we found that the other room they sent us to was half the size of our previous one. In addition, there were dead moths everywhere, and quite ominously, drops of blood in the shower that had not been cleaned. The bed at least looked clean and given that we had a 7am flight the next day we just decided to call it a night and contact management the next day with our concerns. When we sent a follow-up message with our concerns and asked that our rate be reduced to the smaller room's price, but received absolutely no follow-up. In summary, cute boutique hotel undone by poor communication, unclean bathroom with blood spots in shower, and apathetic attitude towards customer service. Won't be going again and would not recommend to family or friends."

"We had an AMAZING time here. The property has lots of old charm with plenty of modernizations. Our room was a lot bigger than we expected. There were far more amenities than we expected too. They keep a variety of complimentary wine, beer, tea, coffee, and snacks in the common area. Free use of the bikes in the garage. Free use of the instant picture cameras. I was blown away. There's no front desk or reception area, and we never saw an employee except the cleaning lady for our entire trip. It was actually refreshing. It sort of just felt like we were home already. It pains me to take a star away, but I had to for the bed. The mattress was horrible. Old, hard, noisy, and caved in so you're always rolling to the middle. I wouldn't have been able to sleep on it another night. I was almost ready to forgive it because of how great the rest of the place was, but I would have rather had a good bed than several of the other nice-to-have amenities."

"Great price, great area, great rooms. Had a wonderful time here. Parking can be a bit difficult at times as it is mostly just street parking, that small issue aside I highly recommend this BnB. Our room had a mini fridge, microwave, heaters, a nice, clean bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the overall room had a very comfortable feel to it. Also the TV had Netflix which is insane and a huge plus! There was no traditional check in, it was all coded doors and gates so that was also nice and easy. Easy 5 stars, I recommend it."
