"The manager her name is Katy my mom and my two sons were in need of a bathroom while I was getting hygiene supplies for myself my mom knows little English the manager was in the restroom and when she came out my son told me that the manager told them in a very disrespectful way to move that if they couldn’t read that it said no public restrooms screaming. I then went to ask her why she was been disrespectful and she sends another employee to tell me that she is not going to speak to me I then asked the other employee for her corporate number and they gave me a non working number saying that that was the number. She needs to be fired!!!! All she did was be on her phone while I tried to talk to her."
"The prices are hardly ever accurate. Every time I get over charged on almost 50% of my items. The floor feels like it’s going to cave in. It’s hot as hell in the store. They don’t believe in an air conditioner. The inaccuracies in pricing is the most irritating."

"I told myself I wasn’t going to write a review, but then I read of another lady experiencing a similar situation so I thought I probably should. I went into this store last week (the Wednesday before Christmas). I was in there because my husband was taking a driving test across the street at the drive school, and we had our boys with us and it was FREEZING outside. We were just going in to browse for some last minute gifts. I was already on edge because we were somewhere unfamiliar (we don’t live in the area), and I had my boys alone without my husband. As we walked in a nice gentleman held the door for us so we picked up our pace to get into the store because he was so kind to hold the door from across the lot. My 5 year old had his mask on. I had my mask in my pocket. Right as I walked in we took two steps inside a lady comes charging up the front aisle at us. Screaming “MA’AM PUT A MASK ON.” I immediately said I was sorry and grabbed it out of my pocket and put it on as quickly as I could. She didn’t even stop to talk to me about it. Just screamed at me to put it on walked swiftly past me and kept yelling as she walked past “CANT YOU READ THE SIGN ON THE DOOR?!” I burst into tears immediately. I was just shocked that she talked to me that way. I am in no way an anti mask wearer and like I said before my son had one on I had just forgotten. I then took my kids to the toy aisle to try and distract them from my distraught reaction. As I am with them I hear her talking smack to another employee about me! Like I had done that on purpose. I quickly inserted myself into the conversation and explained that I had just forgotten and was so sorry. The lady she was talking smack to immediately saw how upset I was and was very kind. The rude girl rolled her eyes and brought me a tissue. But like come on don’t come at people like that. Especially before Christmas and to a young woman with two young children. I asked another associate for the manager and they said “Unfortunately that is our manager.” So, I hope this review and the other from another store shopper prompts this store to find a new manager. She was terribly rude and it was very upsetting. To me and my kids. Shame on you. My next step is to contact corporate. She should be replaced."
