"I cannot say enough good things about my buying experience with Freedom Machine Tool. I own a small cabinetshop and had been shopping around for a CNC router a couple of years ago and came across FMT via a number of posts on Woodweb which is my goto website for anything relating to professional woodworking. I saw all the rave reviews, got in cotact with a local user, went for a visit to his workshop to see a demo, and was blown away! The model I went to see, a 5' X 10' Patriot was the same machine I purchased. What a beast! It has its own seperate Fagor controller and an automatic tool changer that can carry 10 tools which was an important feature to me. It weighs over 5,000 lbs so vibrartion was not an issue. The other comparable machines that I looked at where not even in the same class. Aside from the machine, the service I recieved especially after the sale confirmed that I had made the right choice. Too many times I read or heard about the nightmares of new CNC owners being left out to dry by other companies after they got paid. Any phone calls for assistance were handled immediately in a very professional manner. These guys are obviously in it for the long haul. I have had my FMT for 2 years and its already paid for itself. My sales have increased because of my expanded capabilities and in fact my business is now expanded into commercial work. This machine has given me the confidence to take on projects that I used to shy away from and at this stage I don't know how I ever lived without it. This company and its products are outstanding! You will not be disappointed."
