"I've encountered issues twice now at this location with burnt breakfast burritos. The first time, despite the food being subpar, the customer service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, which softened the blow of the disappointing meal. However, my recent experience was quite different. Not only was the burrito burnt again, but the customer service was also lacking. When I requested a refund in the form of a gift card, as had been accommodated for me previously, the staff member was unhelpful and rude. It's not just the refusal that was disappointing, but the manner in which it was communicated. I urge the management to address both the quality of their food and the friendliness of their staff. It's essential to maintain a high standard of service to ensure customer satisfaction. When I asked to speak to the manager on duty, she was not helpful."

"I go here for two main reasons. 1) for their smoked salmon at the fish counter. It’s amazing. 2) for Julian, the guy that works at the fish counter. Fantastic customer service. He’s personable, has a very positive attitude, and is knowledgeable about their offerings. We look forward to getting salmon and chatting with Julian when we go to Whole Foods."

"I went for their snack bar for a quick bite. The food had been sitting there for ages. It was egregiously expensive; it wouldn't even be worth it if the food was good. Charging $20 for a cold piece of fried chicken? GTFO. I'd be perfectly happy to never go back. If you have money to burn give it to the homeless or literally burn it, at least it'd be warm."

"Great Whole Foods right on the edge of Cherry Creek. Really like this location for a while before one opened up near our house. The place is HUGE!!! Great produce, Patrick at the “fish market” was very nice getting our fish we wanted, great soap, organized, and great self serve food there! They also have easy fast checkout service too and has a 5 story parking deck next door. Overall, great location right on the edge of Cherry Creek. Will be back! We got the Halibut Fish.
