"Terrible company! Such a simple fix takes over 2 Wks? Would never recommend to anyone."

"If I could rate M & N Plumbing Supply Company a zero I would, but I can only go down as low as a one. Stephen Norton is titled the company Sales Manager and I do not know why. Stephen took an order for me on 5.23.2022, or so he led me to believe, and gave me a cost for my order. I was told to allow 5-6 weeks for my order to come in on their truck. After 4 weeks I called Stephen for status of my order. Stephen said he would check on the order and call me back. No call backs. I called and left several voice messages over the span of 2 weeks. I even asked the receptionist, Richard, to have Stephen call me. Still no call back. I finally called and left a message for the Warehouse Manager, Stephen Morgan, and indicated I had a problem I needed to talk about. I left no specifics on the message concerning the problem. Within minutes, I received a call from Cameron Coons (Inside Sales) who told me that Stephen Norton did not know how to take care of customers and said that he would take care of me because my order was never placed. Cameron confirmed my cost and said he would place the order that day and to allow 5-6 weeks for the truck (déjà vu?). I never received a call back from Warehouse Manager, Stephen Morgan. After a month, I called Cameron for status of my order hoping that it would be ready early. Cameron said he would check on my order and call me back (more déjà vu?). Never heard back. I again found myself leaving messages for Cameron to call back which went unanswered. Obviously, I was ignored again by Cameron as I was with Stephen Norton and Stephen Morgan, and I suspect that Cameron never placed my order either for reasons unknown to me. M & N Plumbing knows nothing about customer service, although both Stephen and Cameron were polite and courteous when I initially talked to them. I could have accepted being told that they could not help me or even that they did not want to help me instead of ignoring my calls. Two months have gone by, and I do not have my order. At this point, I would not even order a plunger from them because they are so full of xxxx. Use these guys at your own risk and be prepared for zero service with zero satisfaction. Simply put, these guys are horrible and wasted over 2 months of my time. I am taking by business elsewhere. It is obvious by now that I will not get any of my calls returned and I am bewildered how this company gets any reviews with a rating above mine. I certainly did nothing to dictate such poor service and deceit in my order request. No customer should be ignored and treated this way. UPDATE 8.2.2022: I ordered with another company on a Friday morning (7.29.2022) and had my order delivered the next Tuesday morning (today 8.2.2022). How simple it was and how it should have been with M&N. UPDATE 8.4.2022: What a joke. Mike from M&N just called asking if I still wanted my order. What am I going to do with a double order...of course I don't want it. These guys must have seen this review that is fully accurate and justified. Mike's call was 3 months late and a dollar short. Someone else should have crawled out from under their rock and called with an apology, not that it would have helped. UPDATE 8.19.2022: review posted again as it somehow vanished. I will continue to post as necessary to warn others."

"We could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Sweltering in our house in the late afternoon, our former heating/AC company was closed, so I gave M&N a call. The very nice receptionist were able to send Brien out within a half hour! He diagnosed our issue and gave us our options from a conservative - yet, likely temporary - fix to a full replacement. By morning we had our new system on order, and Brien returned to lend us a portable AC unit in the meantime. Then Jason and Aleks arrived to make the swap on the scheduled day. They were so proficient and courteous and made working in the 130 degree attic look like no big deal! From the office staff to the technicians, it was just about the best experience we've had with a service provider in Longmont. I definitely recommend M&N!"
