Seven Two Eleven Food Store

"My boyfriend had thought he payed for gas and I was looking for a drink, when I got my drink and we went back up the cashier very rudely asks, "Are you going to finish your transaction or not?" Keeping in mind there was a line of people waiting, confused he said he payed and she said "Its still coming up on my screen, it never printed a receipt, you didnt pay" He tries again the machine clearly said remove your card and she says "well you just canceled it again so...should I try again or?" We ended up paying and leaving but overall being rude and snarky about the way she was saying things, won't be coming back to this gas station."

"Today 6-8-22 my mom was shopping inside the store. As she is shopping the cashier hollers at her "Are you done!? I want to go smoke a cigarette." My mom was astonished that someone would say that. So my mom left everything she was going to purchase on the counter. As we went to leave the cashier came out and started smoking with another gentleman RIGHT outside the front door. As we went to leave my mom asked if he worked at 7to11 as well. He said no. He was her boyfriend. The cashier stated her name was "Kay" and that not only was she the manager but that she got off at 11:30 and wanted to Fight my mom. Yep, you heard that right... FIGHT a customer for telling the CUSTOMER to leave. I have already contacted corporate and emailed the owner. This was not only beyond HORRIBLE customer service this was down right illegal and threatening. Take your money elsewhere!!!!!!! If this is the type of people they employ, I can't even begin to imagine the standards they have for everything else inside that store."

"Exactly what you'd expect from a 7 2 11. Good location, but convenience store prices. Follows the same prices and deals as the other stores in town. Did not have to wait in line which was nice. Parking lot was a little tight, but so are most of the others in town."

"There was a lady having major issues in the parking lot and we asked the cashier if she would call none emergency and she told us there was no phone and when we asked how does she get help for emergencies and she said she didnt know. So I looked up the number and it rang through. Wheres the customer service and humanitarianism ? Why lie"
