"Fire every employee here. Waited over 45 minutes for a few tacos. I literally don’t understand what they were doing for SO LONG. I have went to high end restaurants during rush hour that were quicker than this. For super mediocre fast food tacos. Excuse me? I HATE complaining. I never do this. But this is simply outrageous. Do not come here. They literally do not care and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. They need to fire everyone here immediately."

"Everytime i come here i have to wait like 30 minutes for my order. I’m not joking. All i got was a burrito and it took 30 minutes. I’m at work and I don’t have time to wait around after the app already tells me my order is ready..the workers avoid the pickup counter and there’s so many people crowded around it looking around trying to get their attention, if they even come over it’s impossible to get your order because they maybe give one person their food and walk away again. So infuriating and I wish there were more quick food options near my work."

"Please hire people that can read. I’m so sick of ordering a very simple item (spicy potato taco with no lettuce/jalapeno sauce because it causes stomach issues) and receiving extra lettuce and jalapeno sauce. Maybe they can read there and it’s just out of spite. Truly can’t wait until robots replace fast food workers because dang, this is way too frequent. Edit: geez the way you guys packed the bag too, literally every single thing was open and falling out and the crunchy tacos were falling apart and wet. Wooooooo"

"The inside was clean by late night fast food joint standards. Customer service was seriously lacking, and there is absolutely no reason 2 soft tacos and a cheese quesadillas should take 25 minutes to come out. That is a joke and the workers at this location simply lack the care to get people their food in a timely manner."

"The folks there have a challenging task of serving customers and maintaining a safe environment from non paying visitors. I'm happy to report they're doing it well. Prices are not increased because of the location and the taste is true Taco Bell."
