"I had 4 tacos for $11, which is great these days! It came with a choice of red or green sauce on the side. I got the red. SO YUMMY AND GOOD! Service was fast and friendly, food was hot, and I ate it up! Great food truck! I will be coming back and bringing my family. Perfect"
"the tacos to start were a good price but their machine was getting fixed when i ordered. they made me 2 delicious tacos that were stuffed and the green sauce was amazing. they ended up not charging me because of the machine and were really sweet. i very much recommend!"
"What an amazing meal of berria tacos. Well done. I will definitely be back and you should try this place. Wish there was a seating option here I would have gone back and ordered more. The shells are perfectly spice and the meat prepared well. I asked for Salsa becuse I like it spicy and it couldn't have been better."
"Great food truck for authentic tacos in Longmont. I recently got back from San Diego and wanted Birria tacos that were similar in authenticity. These definitely hit the spot and the flavor was good."
"So finally got around to try these tacos, being fairly picky on tacos yet being open minded to try any, had to try them. I had seen them mentioned in city group several times, however previously I was going to stop and they were closed, their hrs say 9pm but it wasn't maybe but 8pm that day. A different day the truck was not there I'm not exactly sure on their business hrs. Finally this time got a chance to try. Uncertain how many people were ahead of me, if some got there after and got their food first. However wait time was borderline excessive 25 min for 6 tacos. Customer service while not horrible in counter , seemed bit biased, maybe that's how and reason for their reviews; very targeted market and perhaps I didn't seem like their typical customer? Not sure what it was, ; just was apparent while I observed waiting for my order. The scent smelled great and authentic. So I was going to order lengua and asada and Al pastor. However they were out of lengua and opted for cabeza which they did happen to have. Why lengua? While it may not be for everyone, if you can cook lengua there should be no trouble cooking other meats, just like carnitas it's somewhat of litmus test to gauge their experiece. Surprisingly their cabeza was their best taco. Followed by asada and last by Al pastor. I guess Al pastor could be second being that requires more preparation where asada should be no room for error. Cabeza 5+ Asada 3.5 Al pastor 3. Service 3. Value 3.5 Salsa 3.5 With Benefit of doubt? 4 stars overall. As soon as got my order it seemed on lighter side. Now , you must understand while street tacos traditionally come in a tiny tortilla there are several sizes. Now a tiny tortilla filled to the brim may fool the eye but weight? It becomes pretty obvious. In Mexico it's customary to simply order a couple tacos at a time, you pay when you're done, basically you run a tab. The idea is to provide quick service and have you enjoy your tacos nice and hot. Eating only bite size tacos as you feel the need and ordering as such. These tortillas were tiny and while they were not skimping they were also not on the fuller side. The asada, was either not cooked properly or meat was already a tad overcooked where it was not as tender. Asada should be cooked near fresha s it's quicker than others which require hrs. That's the litmus test of lengua and cabeza, if cooked properly should be soft and juicy. Which lengua because of process many skip steps, the cabeza was good not overly juicy either but flavorfula md went perfect with their salsa. The asada not sure what it was, it was ok. The Al pastor? While the pineapple looked and smelled great, added color with bright yellow usually pineapple is somewhat grilled or charred for best fusion of flavor. The marinade while it tasted good it was not as expected or tasted like Al pastor, the flavors with between the meat, marinade and pineapple didn't quite fuse together much less the red salsa. Just one last piece of advice or tip. If you're eating tacos, the authentic experience is to eat there, unless they're tacos Al vapor which travel better because as their name literally notes, they're steed so a little steam during travel will not alter the. Flavor as much as others."
