"Drive through experience. The lines move about the same speed, although the left moved 1 car slower than the right. Surprisingly given the number of people that could’ve been taking orders, but were instead goofing around with their peers. Food was fine, the drive through entrance is 3-4 rows to the east of the building. I made the mistake of going one row early in a large truck and that didn’t work out well."

"This place needs to close plain and simple, I have better with Tysons chicken sandwich from a grocery store. Any 5 star review needs to be vetted"

"The last 4 times I've gone through the drive through my order has been wrong. I don't usually catch it until I'm back at work, so too late for me to do anything about it. I did have a salad from the drive through that was incorrect, I came in to fix it and after returning back to work, discovered it was still wrong. The food is good and they have options for allergy sensitivities, but after going there four times and having my order incorrect every time, I probably won't be going back anytime soon."

"Chick-fil-A Longmont is just absolutely disgusting. Going downhill very quickly. Take extra time to look at every bite of your salad. This is what I found in mine. I was given a refund but that doesn’t even come close to making this right. I was almost done when I saw it. Who knows how many I may have missed before noticing this one. Half the time you can’t get sauce. And the other half you can’t get utensils. Salad dressing constantly not being put in the bag. This locations needs a total rehab on training and customer service. If you complain to the owner he only justifies his lack of coaching to his employees. He is quick to put blame back on the customer and our lack of knowledge using the app. I guess I will make the drive to Loveland or HWY 7 if I want Chick-fil-A."
