"Very efficient check in since I did the pre-check in online. I only had to wait less than 10 minutes and the nurse apologized for the wait when she took me back to the doctors office. Dr. Chichon was easy to communicate with and very thorough and took the time to answer my questions. The only hitch was, we had to wait about an hour for a hearing test. The audiologist said they were very backed up. I don’t know if that is normal. Overall definitely highly recommend."
