"Despite having 12 ear infections (even with tubes) over 18 months, sleep disruptions including night terrors and other symptoms- Dr. Chan said the best approach for my daughter was to “keep kicking the can down the road” and use Flonase to help. After several courses of antibiotics prescribed and no other approach or diligence, he failed to look for for solutions or listen with care. Thankfully, we found the opposite at Rocky Mountain pediatric ENT. The ENT we met with is proactive and could immediately tell her medical history showed something more was going on. Through a sleep endoscopy, he id’d problems and found solutions. Had we stayed with Dr, Chan, my daughter would still be up through the night, in pain and on antibiotics. I encourage anyone to read other reviews on Dr. Chan- I wish I had- and seek a Dr. who isn’t rushed and dismissive. I am thankful we are on a good track now thanks to a different practice but wish we could have avoided months of pain and sleepless nights for our daughter."

"Doctor Kenny Chan is okay but what is really bothersome about him is that he can make his patients ( little kids) wait up to an hour before coming to the room. He does not apologize and seem always in the hurry. He has no respect for people's time."

"Dr. Chan was great. His scheduler is not. FYI, if you are having a surgery done, schedule your follow up when you schedule your surgery. If you don't get your follow up done within 30 days, insurance doesn't cover it, and if you wait to schedule, there won't be any availability. Freaking awesome... What a scam."
