"If you're looking for a provider who will actually see your child/teen. Look elsewhere. I have called twice in the last year to schedule a well check for my daughters and have been told there are no appointments. One of my daughters needs blood work and the representative, Clay expected me to be okay with " unfortunately we don't have any appointments." My children started out at the children's clinic when it was still in the hospital. Since moving to the location on Patomac, their clinic has gotten worse by the year. The last competent pediatrician we saw there was Maya Bunik and that was a few years ago. It's impossible to see her now. I miss the days my kids saw their ONE doctor, there was a personal connection and genuine care. It's an unfortunate disappointment to witness."

"Impossible to reach anyone at Children’s Hospital by phone. You are not able to call in and speak to a nurse, doctor or schedule an appointment. You will spend hours on hold only to be disconnected to then call back and go through the same cycle of hold and then being disconnected."

"I would not recommend this location due to unprofessional employees at front desk, as well as rude nurses, they didn’t provide me with correct information involving my questions and concerns."
