"Giving 5 stars because Dr. Staerz is an amazing doctor. She's super intelligent and teaches me something new at each visit, whether it's about parenting or interesting facts in general based on what we chat about. I really love chatting with her, and it's amazing to have a European doctor as I'm European as well. We definitely understand each other based on similar background we share. Other than that, she's funny, very encouraging and it's visible that she loves kids. I get excited every time I see her! We adore you, Dr. Staerz!!"

"We as a family love Dr. Staerz, we have been seeing her going on 7 years with our kids, but we absolutely despise the supporting staff at this office, everyone from the front desk, the techs, the nurses, the billing department are beyond rude. You walk into this place, and you are met with a scowl… no one says hello, no smiles, nothing….they just stare at you stone faced. I will never forget after having my daughter in the nicu for a week, my 1st visit to this office after being released, I was disgusted by the lack of empathy and kindness from every point person, that was 2 years ago, and I should have left then. I get anxious whenever I have to take my kids to an appointment and I alway leave semi pissed after interacting with these people. Update: to highlight the incompetence: it took 3 weeks for me to get a health appraisal form filled out for my sons school, messages, calls, emails….they literally could not get this SIMPLE AND ROUTINE form filled out for some reason. My son has asthma. It took them almost a month for a refill request for albuterol, a life saving drug. We ended up getting it filled at Children’s Hospital.Choose another Office."

"If I could rate this place with no stars I would the person answering the phone at the front desk was very rude and seems miserable. Its sad that practices keep rude employees like this and don't even attempt to train them. Brings the whole place down I wouldnt bring my children here based on what I experienced from the rude receptionist I can just imagine how rude the physician are as well."

"Dr. Staerz has been my family's Pediatrician for almost 8 years. She's seen my kids through every developmental phase, illness and childhood crisis, with love, kindness and incomparable patience. Most recently I was in her office for a routine appointment, and in a hurry to get back to work and she reminded me of all the time she has spent with family and how she has cared for my kids and how a few extra minutes is always worth the time. She couldn't have been more right. I really don't know what I would do without this woman. She is the only person I trust with my children's health. I only wish I could show more appreciation."
