"I'm not sure what all the negative reviews for this location are all about. I'm quite pleased with the support I've gotten from Fidelity; I had to go to this local branch since I was having trouble with a transfer and they were able to get it resolved in like 10 minutes. The corporate phone support is amazing and I've always gotten really knowledgeable and friendly staff, but unfortunately I had to go into the physical office for my particular issue. I was dreading it, based on reviews, but it was easy and fast! The man who helped me was efficient and professional. I will say there is a bit of a soul-less vibe there and I wish it felt more like they care about their customers personally. Will definitely continue using phone support when needed, but good to know there are local resources to lean on."
