"If you don't know this store is retail hell. I don't know who exactly to blame half the time for the amount of destruction that runs through this store and the efforts the staff makes to stock the shelves. Today, and what reminded me to do this review, was to talk about my last experience. I live across the street and needed one thing. The store was closed at 3pm, that was Melissa's decision, and was closed for shift change and waiting on a manager. Melissa, cause you know I worked with you at 7 Eleven, is seriously the laziest person I've ever worked with. She wants a smoke break after doing one thing. She will disappear to the back and call her daughter, and she's always on her phone but when you need her to come in to work or to ask a question about why Lottery was short she would never answer (Remember Maria your manager who left Singh, she can back that up). So that day, for my one item I actually had to waste gas and drive to the store on 1st (which is what THIS store should look like). I, again, need one thing and rather than risk the chance of the store being open or not even getting customer service from Melissa I'm driving to the other one today. Get rid of Melissa P. She really deserves a McDonald's job that'll keep her on feet and busy like real work should."
