"Avoid this company and it's owner, Guillermo, at all costs. He will convince you to work with him, then blame you when your partnership goes bad. He will not return your phone calls or texts for a very long time and, when he does finally respond, he will refuse to pay what is owed to you, stating his business is going very badly and he doesn't have the money. I was even willing to take payment in materials, which he agreed to. But, when I reached out for a specific date for delivery... same story. Business is bad and there's nothing he can do. Do your research before getting anywhere near this guy. He has been sued numerous times and has had his Better Business Bureau accreditation revoked."

"I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. Giermo is an honest person that has always done me right. I have used Larkspur buildings 4 times so far, once for a barn in Fairplay a few years ago where they delivered the material and we built the barn ourselves. The other 3 buildings were built in Salida by the Larkspur crew. John, Vargas and all the other guys do great work. I honestly couldn't be happier with the final products."

"Guillermo and his team are the best in the business, period! When I was younger I worked as a carpenter doing residential construction, and I can promise you that your house is not as well-built as a Larkspur Building. We had a 12' x 33' loafing shed built, and the team was on time, professional, courteous, and extremely talented. They use 4x4s, 2x6s, and 6x6s where other use 2x4s. Every detail was beyond exceptional - from the way they squared the walls, to the number of nails they used, to the quality of the reinforcing joist hangers. You simply don't see this attention to detail very often, and our loafing shed is as sturdy as a tank!! If that's not enough, the price is very reasonable given the amazing quality, and the customer service is out-of-this-world good! The greater Colorado Springs area and equine community are blessed to have a company of this caliber, and I won't use anyone else. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and if you give them your business you will feel the same way."
