I had 3 items at the Southgate Home Depot Pro Desk, and l wanted to purchase them with my newly-acquired Home Depot credit card. All I had were paper receipts from my visit a few days before. Now while the Cashier was in training at the Pro Desk that evening, she had excellent support from a highly skilled and knowledgeable colleague. She was able to negotiate about 5 hurdles that the system presented, and in no time I walked out of there wearing a big smile under my face covering, because I was able to make my purchase with the credit card I didn't have yet, and got $50 off, as promised. Basically I got my new, 700 Peak Amp Battery Booster for free! But then, I have always received the best service I could possibly expect at that location. Thanks, guys and gals!"
