"This location closed at 4:30 and I drove an hour to get there but traffic was awful so I got there late, shortly after they close their gate and they noticed me as the gate was going down and reopened their gate, let me inside and helped me even though it was after their closing time. Most businesses would have said "hey sorry we are closed" and that would have been the end of it. they were beyond helpful and I cannot express how much I appreciate them taking that extra time, especially on a Friday evening when I'm sure they are more than ready to get their weekend started, they deserve an extra special thank you for taking a few extra minutes to let me inside and get my will call. Please give those ladies a pat on the back."
