"Truckers! At 7:15 AM there were 3 trucks waiting to get offloaded. Female in the front counter said “transfer trucks and customers are priority”. Two forklifters there. Even though all the beacon trucks were out of the yard by 8, the First truck didn’t start getting unloaded til almost 9am (because they were attending to customers). Took 6 hours to get 3 semis unloaded when it should only take 15 minutes to unload each. Was noon by the time the second truck left from there because both forklifts were attending customers and way passed noon when the 3rd was offloaded. Feel sorry for the last guy there. Probably didn’t make it to his reload since most shippers (just like Beacon) stop shipping at 2pm or 3. Terrible place for truckers. I would cancel your load there if you plan on reloading same day."

"Thank you BEACON!!! The staff at Beacon SAVED MY A$$ and helped me today. I got some desperately needed supplies. I did not have the right trailer to pick it up today, and they delivered the same day when they realized I was hurting. THANK YOU TOM, Thank you to the delivery driver. These people will HAVE YOUR BACK if you treat them good!!! Empire Homes will use them as our #1 VENDOR from now on out. Construction people have LONG MEMORIES for vendors that look out for their customers."

"If I’d known that the hrs were different than posted online I would have stopped at the one in Denver before coming home to the springs. Maybe possibly look into having hrs eddited live so when you close early people don’t friggen drive here for no reason"
