"Dishonest people who will rip you off if they can - better watch your receipts closely - they care ONLY about their bottom line - very disheartening and disappointing :-("
"Fast, responsive and even upgrade my pain due to not having what I ordered in stock. If you are looking to get paint and get your project done fast go here!"
"Ordered online on 7/16, got no update so called in on 7/20 and was told that the paint, even though the website showed in stock at their location, was indeed not in stock. I understand the out of stock but don’t understand the lack of any contact — they could’ve even cancelled my order for being out of stock but it sat in limbo for days until I had to call in for an update. Please do your inventory so out of stock items are not showing in stock. Waste of time."
"Supposedly Carlos in on the management Team, but he is not very helpful. I went to this store for paint for my deck taking a chip with me and it was matched perfectly, and although I had to buy a whole gallon, the smallest quantity available, I was anxious to return to matching my interior paint, which I had the name of. A young man sold me Pro 200 in my specific color and I told him I thought the type was eggshell. It was a guess, as I didn't know there was Pro 200 and Pro 400 in Agreeable Grey. Well the color matched but the shene didn't so I returned and asked for some help matching it closer, perhaps it was flat, not eggshell, I took a chip from inside my closet. The tall gentlemen said he didn't know and referred me to Carlos. Carlos said to go home and find the product name or call Century Communities to see what shene they used 6 years ago???? So I did, thinking we could work together to solve my color match issue. I returned and he said well this isn't the right color, which I knew, I would have never come in the first place if I had the paint!!!!!!! It clearly said Pro 400, so I asked to have this rather than the Pro 200 I was sold, at a higher price of course, several days earlier. He said well it's just a guess. And didn't the other guy guess? I said can you give me something with what the Pro 400 color shene will look like. He sarcastically said let me show you the difference between flat, eggshell and glossy. Okay, but what about the Pro 400 versus Pro 200, since everyone in the store believes my paint chip is eggshell.... So after 3 trips to the store, an uncooperative Carlos, I hope he communicates better in Espanol since his shirt reflects he does, I still have paint blotches all over my wall because even tho I returned to the store with the product, gave them the accurate name I was told they didn't have the paint. Your company bought out KWAL, which I'm sorry, as they ALWAYS helped the customer, you have gallons of paint in inventory, but can't mix anything less than 1 gallon to even try to match a color. I won't be returning to this Sherman Williams as I am sure another store in Denver values me more than Carlos did. Even another customer came out to my car and said I'm sorry he is frustrating you so much. Try listening Carlos! Try helping Carlos! Maybe you should not be management but a shelf stocker where you don't interact with women in your company's store. Maybe Carolos should do half as much as I did to try to match the color."
"I have had several great experiences at this store. I recently made a mistake with an online order and the employees were so kind and understanding in helping me correct the issue. I had the pleasure of working with Jordan and Chance this time around, but every employee I've interacted with has been very helpful and professional. Painting and home renovations are stressful enough, it really helps to have a positive shopping experience. I would highly recommend this store."
