"I give this place no stars. Ever since Marcia from corporate got involved everything went south. We have ALWAYS been a very reputable company and pay our bills on time. She continued to place holds on our orders without notice due to a credit line that she claimed we kept exceeding. She was not willing to work with us or start a process to increase our credit line. She never answered my calls, and would only communicate via email. This company is really going down hill and need to re evaluate who the real "decision makers" are."
