"We visited on a Saturday late morning with a clear vision of which tile we were interested in pricing out. There was one person on the floor. My husband, 2 year old and I hung around for about 40 minutes before she even greeted us. It appeared she was engaged in a social visit and was in no hurry to cut things off. Once helped, she pushed us towards the most expensive product within our choices. We went with the more moderately priced version. To her credit, she did work with us to get a designers discount as my husband worked for an engineering firm. We bought a cement tile from Popham Design. It was delivered a couple weeks later. Neither at the show room when we purchased the tile, nor when it was delivered, did we receive specific instructions on installation for this specific tile. The tile was installed, and installed incorrectly. Only once the tile was installed incorrectly and we reached back out to the showroom & manufacturer was a 3 page PDF with installation instructions shared with us. In return, we questioned whether it was policy to deliver these installation instructions with the product. It's been 3 weeks and the same people who helped us originally have ignored every inquiry. I am not impressed."
