"Big fan of Reclaimed DesignWorks as I have purchased a reclaimed mantle a few years ago. Recently bought a new home and bought another mantle to be installed. Unfortunately, the mantle I selected from the Denver showroom is not going to work in our new space. Called the showroom to see what my return options were for a refund or a swap for other products they sell. They proceeded to tell me that I would not be able to return the mantle or even swap out the mantle for another product they sell. I am really disappointed in the lack of customer support in resolving my issue. Be careful when buying something if you are unsure if it will work in your space as there is a ZERO RETURN POLICY!"

"i love my flooring! I was able to work with Don to limit the red woods. As builders, and having installed this reclaimed flooring twice before, both floors had darkened over time and have deep red tones. Through working with the local paint store, I discovered if we used water based conditioner, instead of oil based, before the grey stain to accentuate the saws marks, then after, I was able to achieve this beautiful pecan color. It is low maintenance and withstands the rugged environment of being in the mountains with a dog and two kids. Thank you Reclaimed DesignWorks for helping me to achieve just what I wanted in our mountain modern home!!"
