"Not very helpful over the phone, their website is misleading. Thought I could come and pick up materials, but was forced to call the store and have them write up a quote. I drove up an hour to pick up materials cause they are the only ones that sell chain link fencing. So I’m stuck. They said the quote wouldn’t be ready for 2 or more hours and would be sent via email. The office is closed due to Covid?? Pretty sure all Covid places have lifted their regulations. No one inside is wearing masks either."

"Ever since Merchant Metals bought out this company we have not had 1 order correct. Last gate order we ordered was 1st shipped to another state. When we finally received the gate it was 2 1/2 feet short. The order before that was 16" too long. I went up in person to discuss mistakes and Brandon (operations manager) tells me the only way I can talk to anyone is by phone and ordered me back into my truck. I said no, that I need to speak to someone about the mistakes. Brandon said wait your turn and walked away, and once again ordered me back in my truck. He then proceeds to tell me to just go to Lowe's and get your materials there. Continental Fence was a much better company than these jokers. I am small business owner and will find someone else to do business with."
