"Better luck to actually go to store location (if you are able to or have time) to find out if the item/materials needed are in stock because you wont get anywhere trying to call. Always disconnected or when someone does actually answer and transfer you to the department you need it just rings or gets disconnected!!"
"The most incompetent bunch of airbrained clowns on earth. The manager should be waterboarded."
"Three times I went to the customer service desk to request help, and after 35 minutes waiting I finally stopped someone restocking shelves to help. No one from the department showed up at all. Sergio stopped everything and helped us when no one else in the store would. THANK YOU Sergio!!"
"Home Depot is coping with the Social Distancing like every other business is trying to operate normally. Their customer " pick up" system was very busy with a long line of people waiting to enter the store to get their order. I elected to use their "curbside pickup" option because I was on crutches. Had to call inside, identify myself and only waited about 1/2 hr for them to bring to my car. Overall, fairly good experience! Line actually was moving pretty good as I waited in my car!"
"Absolutely horrible. Needed to order two exterior doors (about $2000 worth of product) and waited over thirty minutes for one of the two door specialist to help us. Once they finished with the orders before us BOTH employees went on lunch, even though we talked to the supervisor and he knew we were waiting to be helped he still went on lunch. We then went to the Pro Desk who informed us that they can't order doors. Lowes is just down the block and were more than happy to help. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. Avoid this store."
