Asked the cashier how many water pumps were in stock told me 2 instead of asking me how many I wanted he charges me for 2, then tells me that he cant cancel the transaction, then tells me I have to wait til it falls off my account.. how I didnt purchase anything??? Its illegal to do a CC authorization without my signature first, definitely bad business."

"They messed up our order at every level for a month. Our family owned restaurant has been needing a new vent fan for our kitchen and it effects us EVERY DAY! We contacted them consistently for updates, timing, and pick up. Yet 2 separate times when they said they had it... we drove to downtown Denver during rush hour traffic with a trailer (our order was available to pick up after 3 but before 5) and we arrived Only to the staff have NO IDEA where our giant roof vent fan is. Then they lied about why it wasn't there and gave me ANOTHER date that it would "arrive" by. Is $1700 not enough $ to matter as a client? Or is it because my AMAZING owners/bosses are Chinese and their imperfect English put us at the bottom of the list?! Our Bistro has been a staple in the community for 20 years, and times keep getting harder to stay alive. Take your jobs more seriously, you affect our families being able to pay our bills. You're lucky your Customer service Center saved your a$$e$ and has some Genuinely Great Employees."
