"What a breath of fresh air! I work in real estate and have done close to 20 flips. This time, I was looking for carpet for my own home. I wanted something modern and low in VOCs. I went to a couple other local shops but wasn't getting far. Once I entered the showroom, April greeted me with a friendly smile and immediately showed me several options - way better selection than anywhere else in town. Both the owner of Carpet One and April explained more about toxins and natural materials and we chose the best carpet and pad for what we wanted. Once I decided on "the one" we were able to get the carpet scheduled for install right away - just before Thanksgiving. We ended up having to change the install due to other material delays and Carpet One accommodated us, seamlessly. The installers were professional, hard working and did an excellent job. Carpet One even sent a cleaner over for a mystery mark that appeared on the stairs after the install and to steam out some of the roll marks that are common on the inside of a roll.
